Custom Residential Wood-Fired & Charcoal Ovens

Experience the pinnacle of outdoor cooking. Our custom-built ovens combine traditional masonry techniques with modern insulation technology, allowing you to reach professional temperatures of 850°C in just 30 minutes.

Whether you are a backyard enthusiast or a gourmet host, our ovens provide the perfect environment for that authentic, leopard-spotted crust and smoky, wood-fired aroma.

Why Choose Our Ovens?

Rapid Precision Heating: Our advanced 70mm multi-layer dome—featuring high-temperature refractory fiber, insulation blankets, and clay coating—heats up faster and stays hot longer.

Superior Heat Retention: The base is engineered with high-density insulation board and professional-grade pizza stone panels, locking in heat for hours of continuous baking.

Designed for Your Life: Unlike traditional heavy masonry, our ovens are lightweight and easy to transport, making them a versatile addition to any outdoor space.

Low Maintenance: Built for efficiency and easy to clean, so you can spend more time eating and less time scrubbing.

Mastering Your Oven: Care & Use Guide

To ensure your oven lasts a lifetime and performs at its peak, please follow these essential care tips:

1. The "First Fire" (Curing)

Before your first big bake, the oven needs to be seasoned. Gently preheat the oven to 200°C for at least 12 hours. This removes any deep-seated moisture and prevents the refractory materials from cracking.

2. Temperature Control

Always monitor the built-in thermometer. While the oven can reach a staggering 800°C+, keep a close eye on the temp to match your specific cooking style (Neapolitan, thin crust, or slow-roasted meats).

3. Protection from the Elements

To maintain the integrity of the clay and insulation, keep the oven dry. Protect it from direct rain, standing water, and prolonged harsh sunlight. We recommend a high-quality weather cover when not in use.

4. Gentle Handling

The refractory dome is a precision-engineered piece of equipment. Avoid hitting the dome with hard objects. After cooking, simply sweep the stone floor clean and ensure the oven remains dry for its next use.
